Through the application of specific music therapy scenarios, the expression
of thoughts and feelings through music will be recorded (at a very young age this will be done
in a visual way) and the levels of stress relief that this entails.

The intervention plan was implemented for the period November 2024–March 2025, involving a group of students  from the three grades of junior high school at the Agia Sofia Children’s Hospital, with the assistance of music therapists.

Musical experiences, whether a combination of sound stimuli, musical
improvisation, familiar songs, and structured musical games, will allow for the
standardization of stress management methods through observation and the creation of
a relational database of structured information with integrated methodologies
and tools, freely accessible to all interested parties (relevant
scientific staff – educators, doctors, psychologists, music therapists –
parents and students)
