1st Panhellenic Conference of ISBM January 20-22, 2017
IThe essential aim of ISBM is to facilitate communication between scientists from different disciplines who focus their research interest on the study of stress. We believe that the creative communication between the scientific teams will deepen the understanding of the mechanisms involved in the physiology and pathophysiology of stress with ultimate benefits for research and continuing education in the rapidly evolving science of stress.

“Doing what matters in times of stress: an illustrated guide”
Scope: The guide aims to equip people with practical skills to help cope with stress. The Greek version is available under the lisence CC BY-NC-SA 3.0 in year 2021. It was published by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Greece and the Institute of Stress of Biology and Medicine contributed to that action.

Under the auspices of the Medical School of Athens, the Hellenic Institute of Childhood, Adolescent and Adult Multiple Sclerosis (EPEES), the Institute of Biology and Stress Medicine (ISBM), the Institute of Autoimmune Systemic and Neurological Diseases (IASYNN), the University Research Institute of Maternal Child Health and Precision Medicine and the UNESCO Chair of Adolescent Health and Medicine, NKUA.
