Mental Health

We focus on improving the mental health of individuals, including the promotion of well-being, the protection of human rights and the health care of people with mental disorders.

Through educational initiatives, ISBM can empower individuals with knowledge about the physiological and psychological impacts of stress, while teaching practical skills for managing it. Workshops on mindfulness, relaxation techniques, time management, and emotional regulation equip people with tools to respond more effectively to everyday challenges.

Additionally, the institute designs training for teachers, employers, and healthcare professionals to identify early signs of stress and mental distress in others, fostering a more supportive and proactive environment across sectors of society.
